ClatBhai only asks for the information necessary to provide your account and services. This may include:

3. Safe & Non-Social Platform

ClatBhai is designed as an academic and mock-test platform.

There is no direct social interaction between users on the platform. Users do not have a feature that allows them to directly communicate, message, or interact with one another.

This design helps make ClatBhai a safer environment for students.

4. Mock Test Purchases

Individual ClatBhai mock tests may be purchased through the platform.

Once a mock test has been successfully purchased and becomes available in your account, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

Each purchased mock provides lifetime access while that mock remains available on ClatBhai.

You may not share, sell, transfer, redistribute, or otherwise provide your purchased mock access to another person.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All original content created and published by ClatBhai, including but not limited to:

• Mock tests
• Questions
• Explanations
• Answer keys
• Solutions
• Written content
• Graphics
• Branding
• Logos
• Website design and materials

is owned by or licensed to ClatBhai and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use purchased mock tests only for your personal educational use.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, selling, sharing, uploading, or plagiarising ClatBhai's copyrighted materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

ClatBhai reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals or organisations that infringe its intellectual-property rights.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Attempt to hack or gain unauthorised access to ClatBhai.
• Bypass payment or security mechanisms.
• Damage or interfere with platform operation.
• Access another user's account.
• Copy or redistribute ClatBhai content.
• Share purchased mocks or account credentials.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, infringe our intellectual-property rights, or threaten the security or integrity of ClatBhai.

Termination due to a violation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ClatBhai after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
